  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag

### DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Durchführung von Objektkontrollen
  • Sicherung des Gebäudes durch Rundgänge
  • Durchsetzung der Hausordnung
  • Erkennung und Meldung von Auffälligkeiten
  • Dokumentationen

### DEIN PROFIL

  • Qualifikationsnachweis der Sachkundeprüfung nach §34 a
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Deeskalation und Konfliktvermeidung
  • Fähigkeit zu konsequentem und zugleich respektvollem Handeln
  • Sicheres Erkennen und Einschätzen von Gefahrensituationen
