Im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung suchen wir für unseren Standort in Hagenbach ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit. Die Stelle ist bis zum 31.03.2028 befristet. Eine Entscheidung über eine mögliche Verlängerung oder Entfristung wird frühestens Anfang 2028 möglich sein.

### IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Budgetplanungen sowie Forecasts für die Produktionswerke Hagenbach und Ingolstadt
  • Erstellung für regelmäßige Analysen, Reports und Plan-/Forecast-Ist-Abweichungen inklusive Aufbereitung, Präsentation und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erstellung von Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen, Simulationen und Wirtschaftlichkeitskalkulationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Ermittlung und Pflege von Verrechnungspreisen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Produktivität und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigem Reporting an die Werkleitung sowie den Teammanager Controlling
  • Unterstützung bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Pflege der Controlling-Daten in unseren IT-Systemen Lucanet und LN-Infor

### IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen
  • Alternativ abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie
  • Idealerweise Anwenderkenntnisse Lucanet und LN-Infor
  • Gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Lösungsorientiertes sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
