Deine Aufgaben:

  • Empfang von Kunden, Aufnahme von Fahrzeugen und Erfassung der Serviceaufträge
  • Beratung zu Serviceleistungen und Terminvereinbarungen
  • Koordination der Werkstattressourcen und Kommunikation mit Mechanikern
  • Bearbeitung von offenen Posten, Rechnungsvorbereitung und Abrechnung

Dein Profil:

  • Technische Aussbildung
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt, serviceorientierte Kommunikation
  • Organisationstalent, gute Multitasking-Fähigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Werkstatt- oder Einzelhandel-Umfeld
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnis von Motorrädern und Scootern
