Wir suchen den Leiter für unsere Werkstatt und Service-Bereich.

Die 1997 gegründete Dana SAC Germany GmbH ist der zentrale Drehpunkt für

den Vertrieb in Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz und Osteuropa.

In Mammendorf bei München montieren und prüfen wir Hydraulikaggregate

unterschiedlicher Größe und Komplexität. Darüber hinaus unterstützen wir

Maschinen- und Fahrzeughersteller bei der Auslegung ihrer Antriebs- und

Steuerungssysteme. Bei Bedarf montieren, prüfen und liefern wir auch

komplette Systeme, bestehend aus Hydraulik, Getriebe und Elektrik/Elektronik.

Wir suchen den Leiter für unsere Werkstatt und Service-Bereich.

\*Die Stelle beinhaltet insbesondere, jedoch nicht abschließend folgende Aufgaben:\*

  • Leitung der Werkstatt und des Servicebereichs sowie aller damit verbundenen Aufgaben
  • Führen der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere mit Lager und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Ressourcenplanung (Urlaub, Überstunden, Arbeitsplatzkapazitäten)
  • Betriebsmittelüberwachung (UVV, Kalibrierung)
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe (Montage- und Prüfanweisungen)
  • Umsetzung und Mitgestalten der ISO 9001.
  • Fremdpersonal einweisen und überwachen
  • Arbeitssicherheit, HSE
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Logistik und Lagerverwaltung

*Voraussetzungen:*

  • Techniker oder Meister im Maschinenbau
  • Führungsstärke, Organisationsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Antriebstechnik/Hydraulik
