  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der operativen und wirtschaftlichen Unternehmensziele
  • Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im KFZ-Bereich mit Meisterprüfung
  • Einschlägige Führungserfahrung in einer KFZ-Werkstätte
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie solides Verständnis betrieblicher Kennzahlen
  • Führungsstarke, entscheidungsfreudige und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
