Werkstattleiter/in (w/m/d) in Vollzeit

in unserer Niederlassung in Kehl-Goldscheuer

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des Werkstatt- und Verladeteams
  • Organisation, Optimierung und Überwachung aller Werkstattabläufe
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen, technischen Checks sowie Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • Verantwortung für Materialeinkauf, Ersatzteilmanagement und wirtschaftlichen Materialeinsatz
  • Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Fahrer/innen bei technischen Fragen und Problemen
  • Planung und Überwachung der Wartungsintervalle sowie Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft des gesamten Fuhrparks
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Reparaturaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung zu Zustand, Investitionsbedarf und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen des Fuhrparks

Als Werkstattleitung übernimmst du eine zentrale Schlüsselrolle und stellst sicher, dass der technische Zustand unseres Fuhrparks jederzeit unseren hohen Qualitätsanforderungen entspricht. Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen und entwickelst dessen Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiter.

Was bringst du mit:

  • Du bist Kfz,- oder Bau,-/Landmaschinenmechatroniker/in, hast bereits einige Praxiserfahrung sammeln können und hast Lust auf eine neue Entwicklungsmöglichkeit
  • Du siehst Dich als Teamplayer/in und betrachtest Herausforderungen als Chancen
