Ihre Aufgaben

  • Botschafter der Marken VW, Audi und Skoda und Ihres Autohauses: Sie stellen die Einhaltung des Kundenversprechens sicher und sind Vorbild für alle Werkstattmitarbeiter zur Schaffung überzeugender Markenerlebnisse
  • Prozessmanager: Sie sind zuständig für die Steuerung der Werkstattauslastung
  • Renditemanager: Sie sichern die Rendite im Werkstattbereich und stellen die Deckungsbeiträge sicher
  • Garant für Qualität: Sie gewährleisten, dass alle Maßnahmen qualitativ hochwertig ausgeführt werden und sichern dadurch die Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Personalmanager: Sie führen Ihr Team souverän und fördern Ihre Mitarbeiter bedarfsgerecht

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • ausgebildeter Kfz-Meister oder/und Kfz-Servicetechniker
  • Ausbildung zum Audi Werkstattleiter ist wünschenswert
  • unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Verfügung über kaufmännisches Grundverständnis, insbesondere im Umgang mit Kennzahlen
  • fundiertes Branchenwissen in Service und Technik
  • zielorientiertes Führungsverständnis
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter situativ zu führen und zu motivieren
  • Organisationstalent.
  • selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeit
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
  • positive Ausstrahlung
  • hohes Engagement und Bereitschaft, sich weiterzubilden
