Für unserer Werk in Neuburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Werkstattleiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Organisation einer Abteilung von bis zu 20 Facharbeiterinnen und Facharbeitern
  • Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung der elektro-technischen / mechanischen Anlagen und Betriebsmittel
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Anlagenmodifikationen, Neuanlagen und Projektaktivitäten
  • Sicherstellen und Standardisieren der Ersatzteilbevorratung
  • Sicherstellen und optimieren der Artikelumbauten sowie der Prozess- und Organisationsoptimierung

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Elektrofachkraft mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung Idealerweise im Bereich Elektronik für Industrieanlagen
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Elektromeister oder -techniker, alternativ Mechatronikermeister oder -techniker
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung und Führungskompetenz, hohe Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit, Veränderungen zu gestalten und umzusetzen
  • Verständnis für komplexe Techniken und Abläufe sowie zielorientiertes Handeln
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse (Windows, SAP)
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ausgeprägte soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz
  • S7/TIA Kenntnisse von Vorteil
