  • Zur Unterstützung für unser kleines Team suchen wir einen Werkstattleiter (m/w/d).
  • IHRE AUFGABEN
  • eigenständige Leitung des Werkstattteams
  • Koordinierung der Werkstattauslastung
  • Steigerung der Rentabilität des Werkstattbereiches
  • Fehlerdiagnose und –behebung an allen gängigen Kfz-Marken
  • Kontrolle der durchzuführenden Arbeiten und Endabnahme der Fahrzeuge
  • Verantwortung für Kundenanfragen und das Erstellen von Reparaturkostenangeboten sowie Kalkulation von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Personaleinsatzplanung im Werkstattbereich
  • IHR PROFIL
  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Kfz-Meisterprüfung (m/w/d) bzw. Kfz-Techniker-Ausbildung (m/w/d)
  • Alternativ verfügen Sie über eine Ausbildung zum Kfz Mechatroniker und haben langjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Unfallschadenabwicklung
