Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Werkstatt
  • Planung und Steuerung der Werkstattauslastung und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Führung und Anleitung des Werkstattteams inkl. Auszubildende
  • Auftragsannahme, Kundenbetreuung und Endkontrolle

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Kfz-Meister (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Werkstattbereich
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Lösungsorientiert, organisationsfähig, teamfähig
