Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Organisation und Steuerung des Werkstattbetriebs für Bohranlagen
  • Planung und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Reparaturaufträgen
  • Fachliche Führung des Werkstattteams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und den Projektteams
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Verantwortung für Materialfluss und Ersatzteilmanagement
  • Lagerorganisation und Bestandskontrollen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik)
  • Erfahrung in Wartung von Bohranlagen oder schweren Maschinen
  • Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft zur Verantwortungsübernahme
  • Magazinerfahrung / Lagerverwaltung erwünscht
  • Strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B, idealerweise auch für Lastwagen oder Baumaschinen
  • Quereinstieg möglich
