Aufgaben:

Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Werkstatt

Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse

Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Ressourcen

Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft (technische Mitarbeit)

Durchführung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Prozessoptimierungen

Ideenentwicklung zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Reduzierung von Fehlern

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar

Meister-/Technikerabschluss wünschenswert

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schaltschrankbau, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung

Hohes technisches Verständnis, Erfahrung mit moderner Fertigung und Software

Teamfähigkeit, Führungsstärke und Innovationsfreude
