In Berlin | Volkswagen Automobile Marzahn suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Volkswagen Werkstattleitung (m/w/d)•Leitung und Koordination der Werkstattmitarbeiter sowie direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Dritte•Überwachung der Servicequalität, Aufträge und Rechnungen zur Sicherstellung von Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit•Kontrolle von Leistungs- und Qualitätskennzahlen der Kfz-Mechatroniker•Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Garantie- und Kulanzabwicklungen•Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Betreuung von Auszubildenden, inklusive Förderung des Teams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceleiter•Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Werkstattbereich, idealerweise in der Markenwelt VW/Audi/Skoda•Führungserfahrung in fachlicher und disziplinarischer Leitung von Mitarbeitern; Meisterausbildung wünschenswert•Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt•Selbständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft•Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Samstagsdiensten•Vollzeit bei 40h pro Woche•Zuschüsse zur Betrieblichen Alters- und Berufsunfähigkeitsvorsorge•Gratis Urban Sports Club-Mitgliedschaft•Zuschuss zum Deutschlandticket der BVG•1000€ Prämie für jeden neuen eingestellten Mitarbeiter, den Sie werben, nachdem Sie bei uns gestartet sind
