## Werkstattleitung Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker (m/w/d)

### DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Leitung u. Führung der Reparaturwerkstatt
  • Ansprechpartner für das Werkstattteam
  • Werkstattplanung und -koordination (Auslastung, Einteilung etc.)
  • Mitarbeit in der Reparaturwerkstatt
  • Endkontrolle u. Abnahme der Maschinen u. Geräte
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im technischen Bereich
  • Überprüfung u. Abwicklung der Werkstattaufträge
  • Ausbildung der Lehrlinge

### DU BRINGST MIT

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Land- u. Baumaschinenmechatroniker
  • Berufserfahrung als Land- u. Baumaschinenmechatroniker, Meister nicht unbedingt notwendig
  • die Fähigkeit das Werkstattteam zu leiten
  • die Fähigkeit der Arbeitsorganisation u. eine hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • unternehmerisches u. wirtschaftliches Denken
