Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort Sörup zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Werkstattleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei Wartungs- und Reparaturaufträgen
  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für dein Werkstattteam
  • Du entwickelst dein Werkstattteam stetig weiter
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Auftragsannahme, -planung und -koordination
  • Du steuerst die Abrechnung der Werkstattaufträge
  • Du organisierst die Werkstatttermine und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf bei
  • Die Prozesssteuerung zur Sicherstellung der Servicequalität der Werkstatt liegt bei dir
  • Du entwickelst das Kundenpotential in deiner Region weiter

### Dein Profil

  • Dein Herz schlägt für die Landtechnik
  • Du hast die Fortbildung zum Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker-Meister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen oder bist dabei
  • Du möchtest deine Erfahrung und dein Know-How mit einbringen und weiter ausbauen
  • Du möchtest ein Team führen und Verantwortung übernehmen
  • Du hast Durchsetzungsvermögen und Führungskompetenz
  • Du bist ein Macher
  • Du möchtest bei einem leistungsstarken Landtechnik-Anbieter arbeiten
  • Du möchtest deine Arbeit und deine Werkstatt weiterentwickeln
