Werkstattmeister (m/w/d)

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Servicewerkstatt
  • Planung und Koordination von Werkstattaufträgen und Mitarbeitereinsätzen
  • Sicherstellung einer termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Ausführung der Arbeiten
  • Führung und Unterstützung des Werkstattteams
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Werkstattprozessen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz- oder Nutzfahrzeugmechatroniker (m/w/d) sowie Aufstiegsfortbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Werkstatt- oder Servicebereich
  • Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Sonderfahrzeuge, Rettungsdienst oder Feuerwehr von Vorteil
