Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die komplette Auftragsabwicklung in unserer Werkstatt
  • Planung, Erstellung und Koordination von Reparaturaufträgen
  • Durchführung sowie Überwachung gesetzlicher Prüftermine (z. B. HU, SP)
  • Kundenberatung sowie Fahrzeugausgabe nach durchgeführter Reparatur
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Pflege abrechnungsrelevanter Daten
  • Fehlerdiagnose an Nutzfahrzeugen und fachliche Unterstützung deiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Werkstattteams

Was Du mitbringst

  • Eine abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Kfz- oder Nutzfahrzeugbereich
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung als Werkstattmeister
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
