  • Wir, die MIBO Bus GmbH , sind ein erfahrenes Busunternehmen im Linienverkehr mit Hauptsitz in Andernach. Unser Fuhrpark besteht aus über 60 modernen Niederflurbussen, mit denen wir tagtäglich für zuverlässige Mobilität in der Region sorgen.
  • Damit unsere Busse immer einsatzbereit bleiben, suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen engagierten Werkstattmitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit technischem Verständnis und Leidenschaft für Nutzfahrzeuge.

Aufgaben:

  • 🔧 Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Busflotte
  • 🛠️ Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen an Karosserie, Motor, Elektrik und Fahrwerk
  • 📋 Fehlerdiagnose und Unterstützung bei der Schadensbehebung
  • 📅 Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Haupt- und Sicherheitsuntersuchungen
  • 📦 Annahme und Einlagerung von Ersatzteilen sowie allgemeine Werkstatttätigkeiten

Anforderungen:

  • Führerscheinklasse D/DE, wenn nicht kann man in unserer Fahrschule den Führerschein erwerben
  • ✅ Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Kfz-Mechatroniker, Mechaniker oder vergleichbar) – Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung willkommen!
  • 🔍 Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • 🚍 Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Nutzfahrzeuge oder Busse
  • 👷‍♂️ Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
