Im Auftrag eines renommierten Luftfahrtunternehmens in Langenhagen suchen wir Dich als Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d) mit Option auf Übernahme. Du untersuchst Materialien und Bauteile, um sicherzustellen, dass sie stabil, sicher und für den Einsatz in Flugzeugtriebwerken geeignet sind.

## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Schliffproben und Haftzugproben präparieren und prüfen
  • Härteprüfungen mit analogen Geräten durchführen
  • Microhärteprüfungen und Overtemp-Inspektionen durchführen
  • CVD-Proben vorbereiten
  • Proben unter dem Mikroskop auswerten
  • Abdrücke erstellen und analysieren
  • Haftzugergebnisse bewerten
  • Röntgenprüfungen (x-ray analog) durchführen
  • Proben eigenständig zertrennen, schleifen und polieren
  • Proben mit Kalt- und Warmeinbettmethode einbetten
  • Ergebnisse und Proben im digitalen "Schliffbuch" dokumentieren

## Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Selbstständige und konzentrierte Arbeitsweise über längere Zeit kombiniert mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit
  • Aktive Einbringung ins Team durch Unterstützung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit Fähigkeit dazu Kompromisse einzugehen
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse und idealerweise SAP-Erfahrung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (technisches Englisch)
