  • Organisation und administrative Verwaltung betrieblicher Beauftragtenfunktionen.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Übersichten zu Beauftragungen, Qualifikationen, Schulungsnachweisen und Fristen sowie Unterstützung bei deren Nachverfolgung.
  • Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation zu EHS-Themen.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Übersichten und Auswertungen, insbesondere in Excel.
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung administrativer EHS-Prozesse.
  • Entwicklung und Pflege automatisierter Abläufe, digitaler Übersichten sowie Erinnerungs- und Nachverfolgungsprozesse.
  • Studierende der Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Sicherheitsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge (z.B. Digital Business), idealerweise mit Interesse an EHS, Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung.
  • IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Lösungen sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit neuen Systemen und Anwendungen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
