Das erwartet Sie

In der Einheit Pharma der K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH am Standort Kassel bieten wir ab dem 01.11.2026 eine Werkstudierendenstelle mit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche an. Sie werden folgende Aufgaben übernehmen.

  • Aktive Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Marketing bei der Vermarktung innovativer pharmazeutischer Produkte.
  • Eigenständige Betreuung vertriebsnaher Prozesse von der Angebotserstellung bis zur professionellen Kundenkommunikation.
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsdaten zur Identifikation von Geschäftspotenzialen.
  • Mitwirkung an Pricing- und Kalkulationsprojekten sowie Auswertung von Umsatz-, Absatz- und Ertragsentwicklungen.
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports, Präsentationen und Management-Unterlagen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Business.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Immatrikuliert in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftschemie, Pharmazie, Life Sciences oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch (C1)- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
