Das erwartet Sie

Als Werkstudent:in / Praktikant:in im Einkauf Instandhaltungsmaterialien der K+S Aktiengesellschaft am Standort Kassel übernehmen Sie ab dem 16.11.2026 für mindestens sechs Monate folgende Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Bestellanforderungen und Bestellungen für Instandhaltungsmaterialien
  • Erstellung von Lieferantenanfragen und Auswertung von Angeboten
  • Anlage und Pflege von Bestellungen und Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Klärung von Abweichungen in SAP
  • Überwachung und Nachbearbeitung von SAP-Abrufbestellungen
  • Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen sowie Klärung von Lieferverzögerungen und Mahnung bei ausbleibenden Lieferungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Rahmenverträgen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Immatrikuliert in einem Studiengang der Fachrichtung Ingenieur-, Wirtschaftsingenieur­wesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht
  • Interesse an Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozessen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Zusammenhänge
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf mindestens B2-Niveau
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an eigenständigem Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MSOffice, insbesondere Excel
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP MM wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
