Das erwartet Sie

In der Einheit Supply Planning der K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH am Standort Kassel bieten wir ab dem 01.11.2026 eine Werkstudierendenstelle mit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche an. Sie werden folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der mittelfristigen Produktionsgrobplanung im Rahmen des rollierenden Planungsprozesses
  • Mitwirkung bei der Abstimmung von Produktionskapazitäten mit Marktanforderungen sowie wirtschaftlichen und operativen Zielsetzungen
  • Analyse von Produktionskapazitäten, Flexibilitäten, Kosten und Plan-Ist-Abweichungen sowie transparente Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse
  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Planungsgenauigkeit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsstandorten
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Analysen und Präsentationen für unterschiedliche interne Stakeholder sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Controlling und Netzwerkplanung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Immatrikuliert in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Digitale Innovation und Transformation oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Interesse an Produktionsplanung, Logistik und Supply Chain Management sowie Freude daran, theoretisches Wissen praxisnah einzusetzen
  • Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
  • Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel; erste SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine souveräne Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
