Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Reisedaten im System und Rechnungskontrollen
  • Kommunikation mit Reisebüros und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports zu Reisekosten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Travel Management

Ihr Profil:

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem wirtschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Interesse an Travel Management und Organisationsthemen
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
