  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Falldatenbearbeitung
  • Datenimport /-export & Datenpflege
  • Datenaufbereitung mit spezieller Bearbeitungssoftware
  • Qualitätskontrolle der aufbereiteten Daten
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Konsolidieren von Informationen und Datenbankeinträgen
  • Erstellen von Berichten mit Hilfe von Excel oder PowerBI
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Abrechnungsdaten
  • Pflege von Daten in den SW-Lösungen TDSK pro und TraffiService Portal und vorhandenen Excel Lösungen
  • Erstellung monatlicher Reports
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Messsysteme (remote)
  • Vorbereitung von Auslieferungen von Messsystemen und Fahrzeugen

Ihr Profil:

  • Gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Gewissenhaftigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und kommunikatives und sympathisches Auftreten am Telefon
