  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen im Shopfloor
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Verbesserungsaudits
  • Begleitende aktive Mitarbeit bei Workshops und Verbesserungsinitiativen zur Einführung und Optimierung von Prozessabläufen und Wertströmen
  • Unterstützung von Veränderungs- und Verbesserungsprojekten im Lean-Management-Umfeld
  • Eigenständige Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Reports zur Steuerung operativer Abläufe

  • Studium: BWL oder einen technischen Studiengang bzw. Schwerpunkt
  • Erste Kenntnisse zum Thema Lean Management und/oder Produktionssystemen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Gute SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Selbständigkeit und Offenheit im Umgang mit Kolleg:innen und Teams
