Ihre Aufgaben

  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Koordination von Bewerbungsgesprächen,
  • Auswahl passender Talente und Einkleidung neuer Mitarbeiter.
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung : Betreuung bei täglichen Anliegen.
  • Koordination & Schnittstelle: Enger Kontakt, Koordination und
  • Kommunikation mit dem Kunden, den Zulieferern sowie den Mitarbeitern
  • vor Ort.

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Flexibilität, Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit: Du arbeitest
  • strukturiert und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Daten, Tabellen und
  • Abrechnungen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und behältst
  • auch in stressigen Momenten den Überblick.
  • Verfügbarkeit: Du suchst eine Stelle als Werkstudent (m/w/d) oder
  • in Teilzeit (bis zu 20 Std./Woche).
