  • HR-Teamunterstützung: Du nimmst eine tragende Rolle im operativen Tagesgeschäft ein, hilfst bei administrativen HR-Prozessen und pflegst Bewerberdaten sorgfältig im System.
  • Terminkoordination: Du stimmst Vorstellungsgespräche ab, planst Termine und hältst unserem On-Site-Team im lebhaften Alltag den Rücken frei.

Werkstudent (m/w/d)

  • Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule oder Universität immatrikuliert.
  • Erste Berührungspunkte: Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Einblicke im Personalwesen, dem administrativen Support oder dem Kundenservice sammeln.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du drückst dich präzise aus, gehst offen auf Menschen zu und bringst eine hohe Serviceorientierung mit.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Du zeichnest dich durch Zuverlässigkeit, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein Auge fürs Detail aus.
