Die Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
  • Mitverantwortung und Mitleitung der Abendveranstaltungen
  • Ansprechpartner und zentrale Schnittstelle für Kunden, Veranstalter, Mitarbeitende und den operativen Betrieb
  • Organisation und Koordination des operativen Ablaufs am Veranstaltungsabend
  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Abrechnungen und abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
  • Warenannahme, Warenkontrolle, Inventuren und Bestandsmanagement
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten und Dokumentation

Dein Profil

  • Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule, Universität oder Fachhochschule
  • Organisationstalent und Freude daran, den Überblick zu behalten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
  • Bereitschaft, abends, an Wochenenden und bei Veranstaltungen zu arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und grundlegendes Verständnis für Abrechnungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in Gastronomie, Eventmanagement oder Veranstaltungsbetrieb
