  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der HR-Administration , z. B. Stammdatenpflege, Vertragserstellung und Personalunterlagen
  • Mitarbeit im Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung einer neuen HR-Software
  • Mitarbeit bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren HR-Projekten und im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Laufendes Studium, idealerweise mit Bezug zu HR, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Interesse an modernen HR-Themen und Digitalisierung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und Kommunikation
  • Das erwartet dich
