  • Wir suchen genau Dich als Werkstudent (m/w/d) für Recruiting Vertrieb in unserer Niederlassung in Kerpen.

  • Candidate Journey gestalten: Du begleitest Bewerberinnen und Bewerber durch das gesamte Auswahlverfahren und sorgst für ein positives Erlebnis.
  • Vertriebsunterstützung: Du unterstützt Deine Kollegen im Team bei der Planung des Vertriebs und beim Perfect Match für unsere Talente.
  • Administration: Du pflegst Daten im System ein, bereitest Vertragsunterlagen vor und hältst die Prozesse am Laufen.
  • Terminmanagement: Du koordinierst Vorstellungsgespräche, planst Meetings und hältst dem Team im Alltag den Rücken frei.

Werkstudent (m/w/d) Recruiting Vertrieb

  • Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule oder Universität immatrikuliert.
  • Erste Einblicke: Idealerweise konntest du schon erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen, dem Vertrieb, Recruiting oder Kundenservice sammeln.
  • Kommunikationstalent: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, drückst dich präzise aus und kannst andere für Jobs begeistern.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Du überzeugst durch Zuverlässigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Denkart.
