Das Stellenprofil:

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Sales Kits für strategische Anwendungen und Branchen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsunterlagen, Präsentationen, Fact Sheets und One Pagern
  • Strukturierung technischer Inhalte für Vertrieb und Kundenkommunikation
  • Entwicklung einer kontinuierlich nutzbaren Content-Architektur
  • Standardisierung von Templates, Textbausteinen und Content-Modulen
  • Unterstützung beim Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Automatisierung der Content-Erstellung
  • Pflege und Organisation von Bild- und Dokumentenbeständen (DAM/Celum)
  • Recherche von Markt-, Branchen- und Wettbewerbsinformationen
  • Unterstützung bei internationalen Marketingaufgaben und -projekten

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Studium im Bereich Informationsdesign, Technische Kommunikation, Technische Redaktion, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediendesign, Medienmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Adobe InDesign, Photoshop oder Canva
  • Interesse an technischen Produkten und industriellen Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
