Analyse, Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von Daten aus Metallbearbeitungsprozessen
Untersuchung von Zusammenhängen zwischen Prozessgrößen und Bearbeitungsergebnis
Entwicklung und Vergleich von datengetriebenen und physik-informierten Modellen
Integration von physikalischem Prozesswissen in Machine-Learning-Ansätze
Anwendung und Bewertung von Methoden des Physics-Informed Machine Learning
Validierung der entwickelten Modelle anhand experimenteller Daten sowie die Ausarbeitung und Durchführung geeigneter Versuchsreihen auf dem Shopfloor
Strukturierte Dokumentation, Bewertung und Präsentation der Ergebnisse

Dein Profil

Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Mechatronik, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Interesse an CNC-Metallbearbeitung, Prozessmodellierung und datengetriebenen Methoden
Gute Kenntnisse in Python und im Umgang mit Daten
Kenntnisse in Physics-Informed Machine Learning, Scientific Machine Learning, Simulation oder physikalischer Modellierung sind ein Plus
Gutes analytisches Verständnis und Freude daran, physikalische und datenbasierte Betrachtungsweisen miteinander zu verbinden
Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
