Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Strukturen
  • Unterstützung bei der Reorganisation und Optimierung von Instandhaltungsprozessen
  • Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Mitwirkung bei Lean-Management-Initiativen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Kennzahlen und Standards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und Instandhaltung

Ihr Profil

  • Laufendes technisches Studium (FH/Uni) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Prozessmanagement, Produktionsmanagement oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung
  • Grundkenntnisse im Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung und TPM
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Erfahrung mit Werkzeugmaschinen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Im Stundenausmaß von 20 Wochenstunden
