Wir sind ein auf Innovation und Produktentwicklung spezialisiertes Unternehmen (ca. 35 Mitarbeitende) und entwickeln sowie fertigen unter anderem auch Präzisions-Spritzgusswerkzeuge für anspruchsvolle Kunststoffteile.

  • Zum nächstmöglichen Termin wollen wir folgende Position besetzen:
  • Werkzeug-Konstrukteur Kunststoff (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Konstruktion von Spritzgusswerkzeugen (Neu- und Änderungsprojekte) inkl. Detaillierung und Stücklisten
  • Auslegung von Formeinsätzen, Schiebern, Auswerfersystemen, Temperierung/Entlüftung
  • Abstimmung mit Fertigung, Montage und CAM sowie Begleitung der Realisierung bis zur Abnahme
  • Technische Klärung mit Kunden/Partnern und Mitwirkung bei Machbarkeits- und Optimierungsthemen

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung (Techniker/Meister) oder vergleichbar
  • Praxis in der Konstruktion von Spritzgusswerkzeugen und gutes Verständnis der Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD (z.B. Siemens NX, SolidWorks oder vergleichbar) und technischer Dokumentation
  • Teamorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise; gute Deutschkenntnisse (Englisch von Vorteil)
