Werkzeugbauer (m/w/d)

  • Standort: Ergoldsbach
  • Anstellungsart(en): Schicht, Vollzeit
  • Arbeitszeit: 35 - 40 Stunden pro Woche
  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Änderungsarbeiten von Werkzeugen
  • Demontage, Reinigung, Reparatur und Montage von Werkzeugen
  • Qualitätsprüfung gemäß Checkliste
  • Tuschieren der Dichtflächen
  • Unterstützung beim Bemusterungsprozess
  • Händische Nacharbeit an instandgesetzten Bereichen
  • Montage von Einzelteilen, Baugruppen und ganzen Werkzeugen
  • Endabnahme der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Persönliche Anforderungen und Sozialkompetenzen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) oder im metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Werkzeugmacher
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Mehrschichtarbeit
  • Kranführerschein wünschenswert
