Ihre Aufgaben

:• Reparatur, Wartung und Optimierung von Stanzwerkzeugen, Rollensätzen, Lehren und Vorrichtungen

Werkzeugdemontage/-montage inkl. Fehleranalyse, Reparatur und Optimierung an Fertigungsanlagen

Einzelanfertigung von Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsteilen auf diversen konventionellen Bearbeitungsmaschinen

Unterstützung und Hilfestellung der Produktionsabteilung bei dem Aufbau der Werkzeuge auf die Fertigungslinien

Pflege und Wartung der Werkzeuge und Maschinen gemäß Wartungsplan

Sicherstellung der Qualität aller gefertigten Einzelteile und Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Werkzeugmechaniker Fachrichtung Stanz- und Umformtechnik

Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Werkzeugkonstruktionen sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis

Erfahrung im Einrichten von Exzenterpressen

hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Gute Kenntnisse an konventionellen Bearbeitungsmaschinen

Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Sorgfalt, Flexibilität und hohem Engagement

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
