DEINE AUFGABE

  • Du fertigst und bearbeitest präzise Bauteile, Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen nach technischen Zeichnungen.
  • Du arbeitest mit CNC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen.
  • Du führst Nacharbeiten, Anpassungen, Reparaturen und Instandsetzungen fachgerecht durch.
  • Du prüfst Maße, Toleranzen, Oberflächen und Funktionen mit den entsprechenden Mess- und Prüfmitteln.
  • Du bringst deine Erfahrung ein, wenn eine technische Lösung besser, einfacher oder cleverer umgesetzt werden kann.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker/Werkzeugmacher, Feinwerkmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und daraus selbstständig arbeiten.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung, Fertigung und/oder Montage mit.
  • Du kennst den Umgang mit Werkzeugmaschinen sowie gängigen Mess- und Prüfmitteln.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Passungen, Toleranzen, Oberflächen und mechanische Zusammenhänge.
  • Du arbeitest präzise, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert.
