  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Dreh- und Fräsanlagen
  • Ständige Optimierung und Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Überwachung des Produktionsablaufs
  • Analysieren und Beheben von Problemen und Störungen an den Anlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Qualitätssicherung / Prozessfreigabe
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Werkzeugbau, Frästechnik, Formenbau oder vergleichbar)
  • Berufserfahrung und Branchenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamgeist mit Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2- Schicht)

Das kollektivvertragliche monatliche Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung brutto 3.370 EURO mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung erfolgt eine entsprechende gehaltliche Anpassung in Kombination mit attraktiven Sozialleistungen.
