Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:
- Reparaturen an Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen (manuelle, mechanisierte und automatisierte)
- kleinere Umbauten und Anpassungen an Werkzeugen und Maschinen
- Mitwirkung an Inbetriebnahmen von Maschinen und Anlagen
- Fertigung von Ersatzteilen (Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren)
- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
- Bei Störungen Ursache analysieren, diagnostizieren und beheben
Ihr Profil beinhaltet:
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Werzeugmacher, Schlosser oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- gutes analytisches Denken
- Erfahrung mit Pneumatik erforderlich
- Grundkenntnisse mit Hydraulik und Steuerungen (SPS) von Vorteil
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- PC-Kenntnisse
- exakte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht)
