Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie in Gründau als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d).

Dieses Profil bringen Sie mit als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d):

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Anwenderschulung für relevante Schweißverfahren
  • Spezialausbildung im Bereich Heißkanal
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in CAQ- und ERP-Systemen

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d):

  • Feinjustierung, Abstimmung und Tuschieren von neuen Werkzeugen zur Optimierung der Produktqualität
  • Elektro-Montagearbeiten an Heißkanalsystemen mit abschließender Prüfung nach Handlungsanweisung
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Spritzgießwerkzeugen nach Wartungsplänen
  • Konventionelle Herstellung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen nach technischen Zeichnungen und 3D-Daten (Bohren, Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen, Feilen, Reiben, Sägen)
  • Prüfung der Produktionsqualität und Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse im CAQ- oder ERP-System
  • Durchführen von Schweißarbeiten
