Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich im Auftrag unseres Kunden in Limburg als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) für den Produktionsbereich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fertigung, Montage und Instandhaltung von Stanz-, Umform- und Formwerkzeugen
  • Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Werkzeugkomponenten nach Zeichnung
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen, Wartungen und Optimierungen an Werkzeugen
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen an Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen
  • Abstimmung mit Produktion und Qualitätssicherung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Fertigungsqualität und Maßgenauigkeit

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Stanz- und umformtechnik oder Formtechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Kenntnisse in der CNC-Bearbeitung sowie im konventionellen Zerspanen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit / Rufbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit und technisches Verständnis
