Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Durchführung von Werkzeugreparaturen und –änderungen.
  • Ebenfalls sind Sie für die Instandhaltung unserer Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen durch präventive Maßnahmen verantwortlich.
  • Sie ermitteln die optimalen Wartungsintervalle zur Sicherung der höchstmöglichen Produktionssicherheit.
  • Zudem dokumentieren Sie die durchgeführten Wartungsarbeiten und erstellen Wartungsanweisungen.
  • Das Analysieren und Beheben eventueller Werkzeugschwachstellen sowie Optimieren der Serienwerkzeuge rundet Ihren Aufgabenbereich ab.
  • Sie arbeiten im Zweischichtbetrieb inklusive rotierender Wochenendbereitschaft.

Das erwarten wir von Ihnen

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker (Fachrichtung Formentechnik).
  • Darüber hinaus haben Sie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem kunststoffverarbeitenden Unternehmen.
  • Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im CNC-Fräsen und Senkerodieren.
  • Außerdem gehört Teamfähigkeit zu Ihren Stärken.
