  • Für ein internationales High‑Tech‑Industrieumfeld am Standort Oberursel suchen wir Werkzeugmechaniker. Im Fokus stehen Rüsten, Werkzeugmanagement und Prozessstabilität in einer anspruchsvollen Serienfertigung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Rüsten und Vorbereiten von Maschinen/Arbeitsplätzen für die Serienfertigung
  • Werkzeugwechsel und Einstellen von Messeinrichtungen/Prüfmitteln zur Prozesssicherheit
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Werkstücken (Maßhaltigkeit/Oberfläche)
  • Störungen erkennen, sauber dokumentieren und bei Abstellmaßnahmen mitwirken
  • Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten im Bereich Betriebsmittel/Werkzeuge nach Plan

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, z. B. Werkzeugmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in Fertigung/Industrie – idealerweise im Umfeld CNC
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (Arbeits‑/Sicherheitsanweisungen)
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtsystem
  • Nice‑to‑Have
  • Erfahrung mit Siemens‑Steuerung (Drehen/Fräsen)
  • Prüfpraxis / Prüfbefugnis (z. B. B‑Prüfer‑Level)
