Für unseren Kunden in Mannheim suchen wir

Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Warten, Prüfen und Reparatur von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen
  • Vorbereiten der Werkzeugeinbaus in Stanzmaschinen
  • Dokumentation der Nacharbeiten und Reparaturen
  • Analysieren und Verfolgen der Qualitätsentwicklung
  • Fertigung Neuwerkzeuge im Bereich Kunststoff Spritzguss (Multikavitäten, Mehrkomponenten, IML)
  • Unterstützung bei der Werkzeugabstimmung und Prozessoptimierung
  • regelmäßige Durchführung der Werker Selbstkontrolle zur Sicherung der Qualität
  • Dokumentation

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d) oder ähnliches
  • Erfahren im Umgang im Lesen von Zeichnungen
  • Erfahren im Umgang mit Arbeits- und Messmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
