Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung, Abstimmung und Inbetriebnahme von Hochleistungswerkzeugen für die eigene Spritzgussfertigung
  • Herstellung von Präzisionsteilen für den Kunststoffformenbau
  • Optimierung vorhandener Werkzeuge in Bezug auf Standfestigkeit und Qualität
  • Reparatur, Wartung und Instandhaltung von vorhandenen Werkzeugen, mit und ohne Heißkanalsystem
  • Prüfung der Formen auf Funktionsfähigkeit und Maßgenauigkeit
  • Durchführung von Änderungen, Korrekturen oder Ergänzungen an Zeichnungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Kunststoffformenbau
  • Hohes Interesse bzw. Erfahrung im Bau und Abstimmen von Spritzgussformen für Kleinteile
  • Sicher in der Bedienung von konventionellen Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
