Was wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Stanz-/ Umformtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in der Bihler- und Folgeverbundtechnik
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen und Drahterodieren
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und rechnerische Sicherheit
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick sowie ein gutes Gespür für präzises Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Reparatur, Wartung und Instandsetzung von Maschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Fachgerechte Montage und Demontage der Werkzeuge
  • Entwicklung, Herstellung und Optimierung von Werkzeugen
  • Ersteinrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Neuwerkzeugen
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Werkzeuge und Fertigungsprozesse
