Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Werkzeugmechaniker m/w/d, in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben:

Betreuung aller vorhandenen Umformwerkzeuge
laufende und planmäßige Instandhaltung von Werkzeugen und Werkzeugmaschinen nach Anweisung
mechanische Bearbeitung von Funktionsteilen
Reparaturarbeiten im Werkzeug oder direkt in der Maschine
Ermittlung von Schadens- und Ausfallursachen und Berichterstattung an Vorgesetzte
Gewährleistung einer termingerechten Einsetzbarkeit der Werkzeuge
Werkzeugdokumentationen, -abnahmeprotokolle erstellen
Arbeit mit PPS-System

Anforderungsprofil:

Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Werkzeugen
Bereitschaft zu 3 Schicht-System
schnelle Auffassungsgabe und technisches Verständnis
Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit
effiziente und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Verantwortungsbewusstsein
