  • Aufgabengebiet:
  • Fertigung von Bauteilen und Werkzeugen für Stanz- und Perforiermaschinen, einschließlich Vorrichtungsbau
  • mit unterschiedlichen Bearbeitungsverfahren nach Zeichnung unter Beachtung der Werkstoffeigenschaften.
  • Manuelle und maschinelle Schleif- und Abtragungsverfahren nach betrieblichen
  • Fertigungsunterlagen.
  • Bauteile und Baugruppen zu Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen funktionsgerecht nach
  • Montageplänen zusammenbauen
  • Bedienen von konventionellen Dreh-, Fräs-, Schleif-und Bohrmaschinen.
  • Bedienen und Programmieren von CNC Maschinen (Heidenhain-Steuerung)

Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker/in (m/w/d) oder einem verwandten Beruf
  • oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Werkzeugbau
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, sowie Teamfähigkeit

Arbeitszeit:

Vollzeit / Tagschicht von ca. 06:30 - 15:30 Uhr
