Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanungs-, Werkzeug- oder Industriemechanik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse über Werkzeuge für die Metallbearbeitung
  • Kaufmännische bzw. betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
  • Sichere Maschinenbedienung und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Präzision
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch- oder Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Lernbereitschaft

Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Schleifmaschinen
  • Erstellen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen
  • Überwachen der Fertigung sowie Durchführen von Korrekturen und Einstellungsanpassungen
  • Messungen auf einer Zoller-3D-Messmaschine
  • Kleinere Reparaturen, Wartung und Reinigung der Maschinen
  • Organisation und Durchführung der Werkzeugausgabe
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden
  • Vertretung im administrativen Bereich
